Positions
We are looking to fill the following positions of:
We are looking for part-time receptionists/administrative assistants roughly 20-30 hours a week to help us in our clinic
Our wellness clinic offers chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture. This is a permanent part-time position, with potential for full-time. Multilingual and previous customer service experiences would be considered assets.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and a team player. Customer service is our number one priority.
You will be responsible for welcoming all visitors with a smile, answering phone calls, booking appointments and other office assistant duties.
We are looking for someone with following attributes:
- Great team player;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to details skills;
- Works efficiently and effectively;
- Comfortable with computers (iMac/iPad);
- General Professional Proficiency: English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) or Filipino.
Experience is not required but is an asset, training will be provided for the right candidate. Compensation depends on experiences and education. Flexible hours.

We are looking for physiotherapists to join our dynamic team of chiropractor and massage therapists, as well as on-site family physicians.
We provide:

- Acupuncture supplies;
- Diagnostic equipment such as hand dynamometer;

The successful candidate will be a goal-oriented and a strong team player, as well as looking to build at longterm practice that is patient-focused with exceptional customer skills. Experience in multidisciplinary clinic settings, multilingual or additional certifications will be considered as assets. Flexible days and hours with competitive compensation.

Immediate Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary clinic located in Marine Gateway, Marpole at the Vancouver Marine Drive skytrain station. This populated complex consists of residential towers, offices and retails such as T&T supermarket, Cineplex and Steve Nash Fitness World. Our current RMTs have fully booked schedule from high foot traffic. You will enjoy interval referrals from chiropractor, physiotherapist, and medical doctors in a spacious treatment room with views overlooking Richmond.
We provide electric table, onsite laundry, linens, supplies, administrative support, online bookings, marketing materials, direct billing, and shower facility.
You will be a highly motivated, goal oriented, strong team player, professional, and patient focused RMTs, with exceptional customer skills.
